Privacy policy
F-Five Inc. (“we”) sets out below how we handle user information on our website (f-five.co.jp) and the website and apps provided at apps.f-five.co.jp (together, the “Service”). This English version is a translation for reference; if there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we do not collect
The Service requires no account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name or email address. Roast records, notes and photos you enter in Hazecho, and the team name and match records in Schoolyard Soccer, are stored only in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB) and are never sent to our servers. This data is deleted when you clear your browser data.
2. Camera and photos
Hazecho may ask for access to your camera or photos when you take or choose a photo of roasted beans or a background. These photos are stored only in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you share them yourself, for example on social media.
3. Advertising
The Service uses a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To show ads based on your interests, advertising providers may use cookies, advertising identifiers and similar technologies, and may use information about your visits to the Service and other websites. This information does not include anything that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address.

4. Connections to external services
The Service loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts are loaded, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google. Our website (f-five.co.jp) also uses Google Maps to show our location and jsDelivr to deliver libraries used for display, and information such as your IP address is likewise sent to those providers. The servers that deliver the Service also keep access logs (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type, etc.) for a limited period to handle problems and prevent unauthorized access.
5. Analytics
Our website (f-five.co.jp) uses Google Tag Manager, a tag management tool provided by Google. Through Google Tag Manager, we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay and your device environment. This information does not identify you personally and is used to improve the website.
You can stop Google Analytics from collecting this information by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser. For how Google handles this information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
The apps on apps.f-five.co.jp (such as Hazecho) do not currently use any analytics tools. If we introduce one, we will announce it on this page.
6. Disclaimer
We do our best to keep the content of the Service accurate, but we are not responsible for its accuracy or for any damage arising from your use of the Service. Please keep your own copy of the records stored in your browser using the backup feature.
7. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy when necessary. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
